How do I reset my account?
If you've been trying getSoapy out, use the account reset feature to archive your customer data and start over. This feature will archive all your customers and their associated jobs. This method will not affect any other data (such as quotes, expenses, business details, services, or your website).
This article refers to resetting your account data, and not to resetting your password.
Go to
More
>My Account
>Reset account
.Toggle the option to
Archive all customers
.Enter your account password.
Click
Reset account
.
If you need to restore an archived customer, go to Manage
> Customers
, click on the menu icon in the top-right corner and select Archived customers
. From here you can select the customer and then click Restore customer
.
