How do job statuses work?

To help you manage your work more effectively, each job has a status. The status is colour-coded and is displayed in several places - the home screen, work view, calendar view, rounds page, jobs page, and the Jobs tab on the customer page.

Example of jobs statuses on the jobs page

Job statuses update automatically as you schedule jobs, mark jobs as done, skip jobs, and when they become due again (determined by the frequency selected).

Here's a list of what each job status means:

Cancelled
The job has been cancelled and will not recur.
Customer Skipped
The customer requested for the job to be skipped, it will become due again automatically.
Done
The job has been marked as done, and if it's recurring is not due again yet.
Due
The job is due this week but has not been scheduled for a particular day.
Idle
The job is not currently due or scheduled, usually this is because it isn't automatically recurring.
Late
The job was scheduled for a date which has passed but the job has not been marked as done.
Overdue
The job was due in a previous week but was not scheduled or marked as done.
Scheduled
The job has been scheduled on a future date.
Skipped
The job was skipped, it will become due again automatically.
Today
The job has been scheduled for the current day.
Tomorrow
The job has been scheduled for the following day.
Upcoming
The job will become due the following week.
