How do I export job history?

You can export your job history for a selected date range, for example for the last month or the last year. Your job history will be prepared into a single CSV file which you can download. This file will contain all your job history data, including the date and time the job was last done, and the customer's name and address.

If you have trouble downloading the CSV file on a mobile device, sign into app.getsoapy.com from a desktop browser and follow the steps below.

Go to More > My Business > Reports.
Under 'Download your data', select Job history.
Select the date range you want to export from the drop-down menu and click Export.
Click Download to download the CSV file.
