How do I customise which options are included in quote requests?

You can change which fields are included in the quote widget on your website and when you add a quote manually.

  1. Go to More > Customers > Quote options.

  2. By default, all of the fields listed here are displayed when submitting a quote request. To hide any of the fields (Availability, Bedrooms, Consent, Frequency, or Note), select the corresponding checkbox.

  3. You can also edit, delete, or add more options to the Frequency choices here.

  4. Click Save to apply your changes.
