Jobs in getSoapy

Here's an overview of how the jobs feature works and how it interacts with other features in getSoapy.

Think of each job as a "job card". It contains all the information you or one of your team needs to do the job - the service(s), the cost, and any internal notes. You can also set the frequency of recurring jobs to help with manually scheduling or automatically planning work.

Customers

Each job is associated with a customer. The customer must exist before you can add a job. You can add multiple jobs to the same customer (e.g., window cleaning every month, and gutter cleaning once a year).

Invoices

An invoice is automatically raised each time you mark a job as complete.

Quotes

You can create a job from a quote when you convert the quote to a customer.

Rounds

You can add a job to a round to help organise your work.
