How do payouts work?

Payouts refer to the funds that can be withdrawn from your account.

Once your payout threshold is reached your payable balance is automatically paid into your bank account. You can adjust your payout threshold and also request an early payount for a small fee. Payouts usually complete within a few hours but may take a few days, depending on your bank.

Payouts are free over £1,000. There is a 10p fee for payouts under £500, and a 5p fee for payouts between £500 and £1,000. Instant payouts incur a 1.5% fee, with a minimum fee of 40p.

To view your payable balance go to More > Payments > Payouts. On this page you'll see:

Payable balance

This is income from customer payments which have cleared, minus any spending such as ad campaigns. It is available for payout into your bank account.

Retained balance

This field will only display if the payable balance is not zero. The retained balance holds funds manually paid into your account or any deficit in your account from spending (e.g. lead generation).

Payments pending

This balance reflects completed customer payments which have not yet cleared. The money from each payment will be cleared for payout 7 days after the payment is completed.

Payout threshold

Once your payable balance reaches this threshold the balance will be automatically paid into your bank account. Payouts will be made at most once per day.

Adjust your payout threshold

By default, your payout threshold is set to £500. To adjust the threshold:

1. Go to More > Payments > Payouts.

2. Click the menu icon in the top-right corner and select Payout threshold.

3. Select a payout threshold from the options available.

4. Click Save.

Request an instant payout

If you need access to your funds before you reach your payout threshold, you can request an early payout. You'll still only be able to withdraw your payable balance and not pending payments.

1. Go to More > Payments > Payouts.

2. Click the menu icon in the top-right corner and select Request payout.

3. Adjust the Amount you'd like to withdraw.

4. Click Request.
