How do payouts work?

Payouts refer to the funds that can be withdrawn from your account.

Once your payout threshold is reached your payable balance is automatically paid into your bank account. You can adjust your payout threshold and also request an early payout. Payouts usually complete within a few hours but may take a few days, depending on your bank.

Payouts of £1,000 or more are free. There is a 10p fee for payouts under £500, and a 5p fee for payouts from £500 to £999.99. Instant payouts incur a 1.5% fee, with a minimum fee of 40p.

To view your payable balance go to Tools > Settings > Payments > Payouts or search for Payouts. On this page you'll see:

Payable balance: This is income from customer payments which have cleared, minus any spending such as ad campaigns. It is available for payout into your bank account.
Available instantly: This is how much you can withdraw right now with an instant payout.
Payments pending: This balance reflects completed customer payments that have not yet cleared. Each payment is cleared for automatic payout once our payment processor has released the funds, at least four days after the payment is completed, or you can request an instant payout for a small fee.
Incoming (estimated): The estimated dates and amounts for when pending customer payments will be available for payout.
Payout threshold: Once your payable balance reaches this threshold the balance will be automatically paid into your bank account. Payouts will be made at most once per day.
Payouts: This section shows your payout history.

Adjust your payout threshold

By default, your payout threshold is set to £500. To adjust the threshold:

Go to Tools > Settings > Payments > Payouts or search for Payouts.
Click the menu icon in the top-right corner and select Payout threshold.
Select a payout threshold from the options available.
Click Save.

Request an early payout

If you need access to your funds before you reach your payout threshold, you can request an early payout. There are two types of early payouts:

Standard: Usually received in 2-3 working days and only allows you to withdraw your Payable balance.
Instant: Usually received within 30 minutes and allows you to withdraw from your Payable balance and Payments pending (subject to additional verification).

Instant payouts incur a 1.5% fee (minimum fee 40p).

Go to Tools > Settings > Payments > Payouts or search for Payouts.
Click the menu icon in the top-right corner and select Request payout.
Select the Standard or Instant tab depending on how quickly you want to receive your funds.
Adjust the Amount you'd like to withdraw.
Click Request.
