Using Sid (your AI assistant)
You'll find Sid in the bottom-right corner of your app. You can treat Sid like an assistant - ask him anything about getSoapy, or ask him to complete a task in the app for you. He's still learning the ropes, but his capabilities are growing every day!

Type your request into the search bar or tap the microphone to use speech-to-text and then hit enter. Your conversation will continue each time you come back to the app or when you switch devices. To start a new conversation or to get attention from a human, tap on the menu icon in the bottom-left corner.

You can also revisit previous conversations. Scroll up in the chat window to view your conversation history. Tap on a conversation to read it in full.
You can also upload files in the chat, for example, to share a screenshot or some data you'd like help to import.
What can Sid do?
Here are some of the things Sid can do:
- Search: find customers and jobs by name, address, tags, status, or date, so you get to the right record faster.
- Customer management and insights: add new and update existing customers, access customer notifications and invoice history, so you can answer payment and reminder questions quickly.
- Job management and insights: update job details and provide statistics such as completed or overdue jobs.
- Bulk updates: change many customers or jobs at once, so you save time and avoid mistakes.
- Scheduling: provide information about and schedule this week's and next week's suggested jobs.
- Weather: let you know the weather today near your business address or another day at a specific location.
- Fuel prices: show you the best fuel prices near your business address or along your scheduled work route.
- Invoice insights: provide insights on customer balances and invoices.
- Round management: add a new round or edit existing rounds.
- Document templates: update invoice, quote, and itemisation templates, so everything you send looks consistent.
- Tags: create, edit, and remove custom tags, so important details stand out when you're working.
- Business profile: update business details and social links, so your website and documents show the right info.
- Services: add and update services used on quotes and jobs, so pricing and wording stay consistent.
- Plans and costs: answer questions about getSoapy costs (subscriptions, SMS and lead credits, payment processing fees), and which features are included in each plan.
- Payment options: check your payment account, update your payment options and bank details.
- CSV import: check CSVs for issues, fix common problems, and import them, so your data goes in clean the first time.
- File access: open files you upload in the chat, so your context and documents stay together.

If Sid needs help, he'll request human assistance from our support team. Our support team may also monitor your conversations with Sid so that they can provide help, even if you or Sid don't explicitly ask for it.
