Getting started in getSoapy
Once you've signed up for a new account, you'll want to make sure you make the most of what getSoapy can do for your business. We've put together a handy checklist to help you get started.
Import any customer data you have
Importing existing customer data is a great way to get started with getSoapy. You can import data from other platforms like Squeegee or Cleaner Planner, or from a spreadsheet.
Check out our guide on this - How do I bulk import existing customers?
Organise your customers into rounds
Rounds let you schedule and manage your customers quickly and easily, so you can spend more time working and less time on the admin. You can create as many rounds as you like, and assign customers to them.

Set up your website (or use ours)
With getSoapy you can create a basic website for your business for free. If you already have a website you can add our Quote, Payment and Customer Portal widgets to your website to give your customers a seamless experience.
If you'd like to use your own website you can learn how to add our widgets here - Integrations in getSoapy
Customise your customer messages and templates
getSoapy comes with a range of default messages and templates, but you can customise them to suit your business.
This is a great way to ensure your branding and personality are reflected in your communications with customers.

Receive payments from your customers
With getSoapy you can accept credit and debit card payments or direct debit payments from your customers. You don't need to set up and external payment processor, or any complicated integrations. We've got you covered.
You can learn more about accepting payments here - Payments in getSoapy
Enable customer notifications
Now that you've added your customers and customised your messages and templates, it's time to turn on automatic notifications so customers know when to expect you, and when they need to make payment on an invoice.
