How much do additional users cost?
If you have a Pro plan, you can add other people to your getSoapy account for a small monthly fee. Exactly how much each additional user costs depends on the role you assign to them. Visit the 'Pricing' page on our website to view these costs.
Adding new users midway through a month
If you add a new user halfway through a month, we only charge you for the time the new user is active on your account. This is called 'prorated' billing.
For example, if you add a new user halfway through a month, you'll be charged half the monthly fee.
Swapping users
If you remove a user and then add a new one with the same role, you won't be charged extra. You will only pay for one user.
For example, if a team member with the Manager role leaves your business and you add a new user with the Manager role to take their place, you won't be charged twice. Just be sure to remove the old user before adding the new one.
