What happens if my account balance is negative?

It is possible for your account balance (More > My Business > Billing & Plan) to become negative, particularly if you're a new customer who has invested in ad campaigns but not yet been paid by any customers.

If this happens don't worry, we won't stop any of your services. Your ads will still display and you'll still be able to message customers.

You will need to provide a payment method which will be charged to add funds to your account. The payment card will automatically be charged as needed. If payments from customers become available, we'll deduct funds from your payable balance before charging your card.
