How do I buy leads?
Browse available leads in your area using the getSoapy app. Review the details about the job, then select 'Buy lead' to purchase the lead. It's yours immediately.
What info can I see before buying a lead?
You can see the lead's approximate location (usually to street level), which services they're interested in, when they requested a quote, and any extra info they've provided. You can also see which contact details they've provided (phone number, email).
What happens after I buy a lead?
When you buy a lead, it instantly becomes available in getSoapy as a quote. You can message them through getSoapy or contact them using any details they've provided.
Are leads ever sold to multiple people?
No, when you buy a lead it's yours exclusively. If the lead is sold by another window cleaner, the seller is no longer able to message the lead.
How do I pay for the leads?
You can purchase credits in the app. Purchasing larger credit bundles will give you a discount.
Where do these leads come from?
Leads come from a mix of sources, including being sold by other local window cleaners, or customers contacting getSoapy directly looking for a window cleaner.
What if I'm not happy with a lead?
In the unlikely event there's an issue with your lead, you can use the live chat on the website to let us know, and we may be able to offer a refund or replacement. We cannot offer refunds just because a lead chooses not to work with you.
Can you generate more leads for me?
Yes! If you have more than 15 credits in your account and turn on lead generation, we'll actively seek out more leads for you.
How do I sell leads?
You can sell any lead submitted using the getSoapy quoting widget, as long as you've not provided a quote to them yet. Simply select 'Offer on Marketplace' to convert the quote to a lead for sale.
How much will I be paid for leads?
We use the same algorithm to price leads sold by other window cleaners as we do for leads we source ourselves. If your lead is purchased, you'll receive the credits it is purchased for minus 20%. For example, if a lead sells for 10 credits, you'll receive 8. You can then use these credits to purchase more suitable leads.
When will I receive the money for selling leads?
As soon as the lead is sold, the credits will be transferred to your getSoapy balance. You can use this balance to purchase other leads right away.
Can I sell a lead I've agreed to do work for?
No, if you've discussed work with the quote, they're not eligible for selling in the marketplace.
What if my lead doesn't sell?
Leads are available to purchase on the Marketplace for up to 14 days, after which they'll be removed. If your lead does not sell, there is no platform fee to pay.
