How does Lead Generation work?
Lead Generation is a cost effective way to add more customers to your round.
When lead generation is active, any leads in the marketplace which are in your area will be automatically purchased and sent to you as a quote, including all the information about the work they'd like done, and their contact information. As always, leads purchased in the marketplace are exclusively yours; we never sell a lead to more than one business.
To use lead generation you need a balance of 15 or more lead credits in your account. You can purchase lead credits by choosing 'Add Credits' from the marketplace menu. If your balance falls below 15 lead credits lead generation will automatically stop.
To start lead generation choose 'Lead Generation' in the marketplace menu, then 'Start lead generation'. You can stop lead generation at any time using the same option in the marketplace menu, then selecting 'Stop lead generation'.
