How do I change my password or email?

If you need to change your name or email, go to Tools > Settings > My Account > Profile or search for Profile. If you need to change your password, go to Tools > Settings > My Account > Security or search for Security.

Edit your name, email, or password and click Change to confirm your changes.

What if I've forgotten my password?

Don't worry, it happens to the best of us! getSoapy usually keeps you signed in, so try opening the getSoapy app.

If you're logged out, click Forgot password? and enter the email address associated with your getSoapy account to reset your password.

If you're logged in to getSoapy and need to reset your password, but can't remember your current password, go to Tools > Log Out and then select Forgot password?.
