November Feature Drop 💥

We're always working on new features and improvements to make your life easier. November has been no exception, with three new features and improvements to the getSoapy app.

Route Optimisation

This is a big one. A well-optimised route can save you miles of driving every day. That's hours of your time back, not to mention the fuel savings.

Features intended to make your life easier should get in your way, so we've made route optimisation as seamless as possible. All rounds have optimisation enabled by default, so you don't need to do anything to get started.

Every time you add or remove a job from a round it will be automatically re-optimised. Just complete the round in the order it's shown and you'll be done in no time.

Round optimisation is available on all plans which include rounds.

Expense Tracking

Keeping track of expenses is a pain, but it's important for all businesses. We've made it easier than ever to keep track of your expenses with the new Expenses feature.

When you make any business purchase simply take a picture of your receipt with getSoapy (or upload one). We'll automatically read the date, amount, and vendor, and store it in the app.

Expense tracking is included with our Plus plan.

Weather Forecasts

We've added weather forecasts to the app. This is a small feature, but it's really handy, and one we've been asked for a lot.

In the dashboard, you'll now find a weather summary for the next 12 hours. Tap on the arrow to see the full forecast for the next 5 days.

The weather forecast is available on all plans (including our forever-free plan).

Even More

As always, we're continually making small improvements throughout the app.

Among other things, we've improved how jobs are displayed, added an option to delete invoices from customers, and improved the look of the quote widget.
