This month, we've introduced nifty features, like saved searches on the jobs page and improved export options, all designed to keep your business running like a well-oiled machine. Saved Searches Now Available on the Jobs Page
We're excited to introduce saved searches on the jobs page, making it easier than ever to keep track of your work. Now, you can save your most-used searches and have them ready at your fingertips, just below the search bar. To help you get started, we've added three handy searches: To schedule, Planned, and Skipped. These will help you quickly find jobs that need scheduling, are already planned, or have been skipped. You can also create your own saved searches to fit your unique workflow. Simply search for jobs as you normally would, then hit 'Save' to keep it handy for next time. If you ever need to remove a saved search, just tap it twice to delete. This new feature is all about making your day a bit smoother, so you can focus on what you do best - serving your customers.
Export Improvements - Custom Date Ranges and More
We've been listening to your feedback and have made some handy updates to our data export features. Now, you can choose custom date ranges when exporting any type of data. Just pick 'Custom' from the options and pop in your start and end dates. It's as simple as that! Plus, when you're exporting job history, you can now focus on a specific round or jobs with no round at all. We've also added more fields to the exports, like the customer's balance when you're exporting job history. And we've squashed a bug that was causing some customer exports to only show one job per customer. Now, you'll see every job listed for each customer. Keep those suggestions coming, and we'll keep making getSoapy better for you!
Edit Quote
We've made it even simpler to manage your quotes with our latest update. You can now edit the details of quotes requested through the quote widget. Whether it's correcting a customer's email address or adjusting the frequency of service, you have the power to make changes before converting a quote into a customer. This means fewer headaches and more accurate records. Plus, if you prefer, you can convert a quote into a customer without creating a job, giving you the flexibility to manage your workflow as you see fit. Documents Are Now Visible in the Customer Portal
We're excited to announce that your business documents can now be shared directly with your customers through the customer portal. This means you can easily share important documents like industry certifications, terms of service, and privacy policies. Just turn on 'Share on website' for any document you want to make available. This new feature is all about making your life easier and your business more transparent. By giving your customers access to these documents, you're not only building trust but also streamlining your operations.
Remove Completed Jobs
Ever marked a job as done by mistake? No worries, we've got your back. Now, you can tidy up your records by removing any completed jobs from a customer's history. This feature ensures your records stay accurate and up-to-date, including any invoices tied to those jobs. It's as simple as heading to the jobs tab on the customer's page, tapping 'Job history', and clicking the bin icon next to the job you want to remove. If there's an invoice linked, you can choose to delete that too. This update is all about giving you more control over your customer management app, making sure everything runs smoothly.
Easier Notification Updates
Keeping your customers in the loop just got a whole lot simpler. We've introduced a handy dropdown menu that lets you update all your customer notification settings in one go. And if you prefer a more tailored approach, you can still tweak each notification individually.
