Tags appear prominently in the work view for quick reference. You can use tags to find specific customers and jobs effortlessly. Create tags for anything you need, such as follow-ups or specific customer requirements.

Customer tags are available on the Standard and Pro plans. To get started, simply update a customer and add your first tag!
