Various improvements (including some changes to how scheduling works)

We've made a number of changes and improvements recently:

• Added the ability to sort expenses by recorded date or transaction date
• Added more details into the payment notifications
• Changed the expense reports to use the transaction date (if available) instead of the recorded date
• Changed the way we handle 'week of month' scheduling to be more intuitive (more on that below)

Week of month scheduling

When you set jobs to be, for example, 'the third week of the month', there are a few different ways to interpret that.

We've changed the way we handle this to be more intuitive.

We now consider the first week of the month to be the first week that contains a Thursday. For example, if the 1st of the month is a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, then the 'first week of the month' will start on the following Monday.

This is consistent with the ISO 8601 week numbering system, which we use to show week numbers throughout the app.
