Suggested expense matching from bank transactions

If you've connected a bank account, outgoing bank transactions can now show up as suggested expenses.

That means when money leaves your account for something like fuel, supplies, or kit, you can quickly turn it into a proper expense, attach a receipt, and file it without typing it all out from scratch.

If a transaction is not a real business expense, you can just ignore it and move on. Nice and simple, which is rare in bookkeeping.

To use this, you'll need bank reconciliation turned on in Settings > Payments > Bank reconciliation.

Bank reconciliation is available on the Pro plan.
