SMS credit estimates

To help you avoid unexpected costs, we've added an SMS credit estimate when you're editing SMS message templates.

The estimate shows you how many SMS credits the message is likely to use when it's sent to each customer. This uses average lengths for template tags such as {{customer.name}} so the actual number of credits used may vary depending on the the customer's details.

This should give you a good idea of how many credits you'll need and help you adjust your message to avoid unnecessary costs.
