Several improvements to the work view 🏎️💨

We've got quite a few updates to the work view for you, so let's dive in!

Filter jobs by round and find unassigned work

You can now:

• Filter jobs by their round
• Filter jobs which are unassigned (you could previously only filter by assigned workers)
• Combine filters to see exactly what you need

This is useful for planning work across your team or if you schedule multiple rounds at once.

This is available today on all plans.

Let us optimise your routes automatically

While jobs in optimised rounds or scheduled using the calendar planner were already shown in the best order, you previously had to manually arrange other jobs.

You can now select "Optimise" in the work view menu and we'll automatically arrange your jobs in the most efficient order (up to 25 jobs).

The optimisation works with whichever jobs you're currently viewing. This means, for example, if you're planning work for multiple people on the same day, you can optimise for each of them and give them all the most efficient route.

This is available today on the Advanced and Pro plans.

Reuse previous work orders

When you're viewing jobs similar to work you've optimised before, you might see an option to use a "Similar work order".

This lets you easily reuse your past work orders - whether they were manually arranged or automatically optimised.

This is available today on all plans.
