We're really excited to announce the launch of Saved Messages and the AI Message Assistant. These features are designed to help you save time and provide a better customer experience.
Saved Messages allows you to save messages that you use regularly. This could be a response to a common question, or a message that you send to every new customer. You can then quickly insert these messages into a conversation with a single tap.
The AI Message Assistant uses ChatGPT 4 to help you write messages. You're in full control of what you send, but with the help of ChatGPT you can write professional replies faster and easier than ever before.
These features are available today on our Standard (Saved Messages) and Pro (AI Message Assistant) plans. We hope you find them useful, and we're looking forward to hearing your feedback.
