Quickly add a job with a customer

It's now quicker to add a job when you add a customer.

When you add a new customer, you can now add a job there and then, so you can set the service(s), frequency, round, cost, duration, and any notes in one go.

Need to add more jobs later, or tweak the more advanced bits, head to the Jobs tab on the customer page like you always have.
