New protections for payments

To protect the getSoapy payment platform for all users, we're introducing new limits on payments.

The limits will apply to card, mobile, direct debit and Pay by Bank transactions, and automatically increase over time based on your payment volume. These are designed to protect you and your customers from fraud and abuse, while not getting in the way of your business.

We'll apply these limits over the coming days. Once applied, you'll be able to check your limits in Settings > Payments > Payment options. If you need to adjust these limits (or have any questions), please drop us a message.
