More report improvements - invoices

We've made some more improvements to the reports section of getSoapy.

You can now see an overview of your invoices, including the total amount invoiced, the total amount paid, and the total amount outstanding.

You can also export all our invoices to a CSV file, so you can easily import them into your accounting software.
