More Calendar Updates

We've made a few updates to the calendar:

• multi-select for jobs now works more consistently with the rest of the app, so you can tap and hold on a job to start selecting
• better offline mode integration helps keep the calendar available and reduces inconsistencies. You can turn offline mode on in Settings > Experimental
• a number of small UI tweaks make the calendar a bit simpler and cleaner
• a new diagnostic tool lets you send a snapshot of the data to getSoapy if something doesn't look right
• the new multi-week calendar is now the default, and the old version will be removed soon
