Job menu updates and clearer work view

We've made a few handy updates to jobs and the Work view.

You can now unschedule a job straight from the job menu, which makes it much easier to find when plans change. We've also added a new Assign user option, so you can assign a job without rescheduling it at the same time.

We've also improved the Work view to make job changes clearer at a glance. It's now easier to see when a job has been skipped, and we'll also show when a job has been rescheduled, so your team can spot what's changed without tapping into each job to piece it together.
