Introducing announcements

We've introduced Announcements, a new way to communicate with your customers.
Announcements are shown in the customer portal, and they're also included in your email notifications, so customers see them when they're already checking their account or reading an update from you.
They're ideal for sharing quick updates without sending a full broadcast.
For example, you can let customers know you're still working through the current weather, but some jobs might be a bit later than usual. Or you can nudge them to refer a friend, or leave a review.
Announcements are only available in the new app design. You'll find them under Tools > Settings > Communication > Announcements. If you're not using the new app design, you can turn it on in More > getSoapy > Experimental features.
