Instant payouts

We're pleased to announce that you can now instantly withdraw funds from your getSoapy account to your bank account. This allows your payable balance to reach your bank account within 30 minutes, rather than within 3 working days. There is a 1.5% fee for instant payouts, with a minimum fee of 40p.

You can now also adjust the threshold for automatic payouts, allowing you to pick a larger or smaller payout threshold to suit your needs. As before, standard payouts usually reach your bank account within 3 business days (although your first payout can take longer due to money laundering checks).

Standard payouts continue to be free of charge for payouts over £1,000. There is a 5p fee for payouts between £500 and £1,000, and a 10p fee for payouts under £500.
