Include your message in notifications

You can now include your actual messages in the 'message sent' notifications sent to customers.

This is a better experience for your customers, who can now read your message before clicking into the customer portal.

Simply add the {{message.full}} or {{message.clipped}} tag in your message template, and we'll include any message your customer hasn't seen yet.
