Include the job occurrence notes in message templates

You can now include the job occurrence notes in your message templates.
This is useful, for example, if you've added notes about why you needed to skip a job. Add {{job.occurrenceNotes}} to the 'job skipped' message template to include these notes in the notification sent to your customer.
