Improved Invoice Dates

We improved how we show dates on invoices.

Invoices will now show the date they were first issued. If an invoice has been changed, the new date will be shown in brackets.

You can also use these dates in merge tags, including the date the invoice was paid.

These improvements apply to all new invoices from today.
