Improved customer portal link settings

We've improved the settings for how users can be sent links to the customer portal.
You can now separately control whether these links are sent by email and/or SMS.
Previous you couldn't only allow these link to be sent by email or SMS without also allowing other customer notifications to be sent by email or SMS. This means you can ensure customers who you only have a phone number for can always receive portal links, but won't receive any other notifications via SMS, saving you money.
We've set these settings to match your previous settings, but you can change them at any time by going to Settings > Customers > Notifications.
