Improved calendar and job scheduling

We're excited to announce more improvements to the calendar view and job scheduling.

• When you schedule an individual job you can now specify an estimated arrival time.
• Jobs scheduled without a specific time are now prominently displayed at the top of the calendar. This makes it easier to see all your scheduled jobs at a glance.
• You can now quickly reschedule jobs directly from the calendar view, without having to navigate to the customer's page first.
• We've improved the integration between the calendar view and other ways of scheduling work, to ensure things are always up to date.
