Important changes to payments and verifications

In order to protect your business and your customers, we're making some changes to how payments and verifications work in getSoapy.

We have temporarily suspended payments from any cards issued outside of the UK. This is due to a recent increase in fraudulent activity from these cards. We know this won't affect most of you, but we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please reach out to us if this is a problem so we can help.

We've have also introduced a new verification process. Please take a moment to verify your email address and phone number under the new verifications page in your account settings.

We may ask you to complete additional verification steps if you're a new user, or if we detect any potential fraud in your account.
