Easier Notification Updates

We've made it easier to update your customer notification settings.
With 11 different types of notifications you can automatically send to your customers, you can now use the dropdown at the top to update all of them at once.
For example, set every notification to 'Send by email if available, or SMS if not'. You can then change them individually to 'Send by SMS' if you only want to send SMS notifications.
