Customer notification log

You can now see a log of all the automatic notifications that have been sent to a customer, and whether they were successfully delivered or not.
These are shown in the message log so you can see all the communication in one simple view.
To show the notification log, switch on 'Show notification logs' below the reply box on the customer's page.
Like all new features going forward, this is only available in the new app design. We'll be removing the old app design soon. So, make sure you switch to the new design if you haven't already.
