Calendar updates: replan days and schedule a full week

We've updated the Calendar view to make planning quicker and easier.

• Replan day now puts that day's existing jobs into the best order, with estimated times.
• You can schedule the whole week at once using the new Schedule button at the bottom.
• There's a new Smart Plan toggle at the top, plus simpler buttons at the bottom, so it's easier to switch between Smart Planner and your scheduled jobs.
