Bank reconciliation is moving to a new provider

We're moving bank reconciliation to a new provider.

This means bank transactions will be fetched more reliably and more often, so customer payments can be matched faster, and outgoing transactions can be turned into expenses with receipts attached more easily.

To make the switch simpler, we've also added two new controls:

• Start collecting payments from a set date
• Stop collecting payments after a set date

That means you can set up the new provider now, choose exactly when it should start collecting payments, and set the current provider to stop at the right time, without the risk of duplicate collections.

What you need to do

You can set up the new provider today, and if you're using the current provider, you should move over by the end of September.
