Attachments in portal chat (Quotes + Customers)

You can now upload attachments in customer portal messages, and customers can upload attachments for you to see too.
This works in Quotes and Customers, so you can share (or request) photos, videos, and other files without hopping over to WhatsApp, email, or text messages to get it done.
This is available today in the Pro plan.
