Ask Sid to send a broadcast

You can now ask Sid to create a broadcast for you.

For example, if you want to let customers know what's happening with regular jobs over Christmas, just ask Sid to send a broadcast to the customers you choose.

Send all my window cleaning customers a broadcast. Wish them a Merry Christmas, and tell them I'll be stopping work for 2 weeks. Regular cleans in January might be later than usual, but I'll be round as soon as possible.

Sid will create a broadcast targeting the customers you specify, with well-written email and SMS templates based on what you've told him. You can tweak the message if needed before you send it.
