More improvements to Work view and Reports, based on your feedback

We've made two small but handy improvements based on your feedback.

In the Work view map: pins now show the job status colours you already see elsewhere in getSoapy, so it's easier to spot what's what at a glance. We've also numbered the pins to match the route order, and tapping on pins will open the job details below.

In Reports: we've added more payment metrics, so you can see payment fees in more detail and get a clearer view of what each payment method is really costing you.
