Better message tracking, clearer Settings

We've made a few updates to make messages easier to keep on top of, and Settings easier to get around.

There's now a new Messages section in Reports, where you can see how your emails and SMS are performing. That includes delivery rates, email open rates, broadcast results, and how quickly you reply to customers. In short, less guessing, more knowing.

We've also added a Message log in Settings, so you can see all the SMS and emails sent from your account in one place. Handy when you need to check what went out without bouncing between customer records.

There's also a new failed message notification, which can alert you if an SMS or email fails to send. If you'd rather not get another ping, you can turn it off in Settings.

And while we were in there, we've reorganised Settings a bit. Some sections were getting a bit crowded already (or might be soon 👀), so this should make things easier to find.
