What is the getSoapy Kickstart program?
Starting a business is hard. We want to make it a little easier.
If you're within your first year of trading or have fewer than 50 customers, we'll give you a 100% discount on the Starter plan, or a 50% discount on the Advanced or Pro plan.
You can pick which plan you want to use, and you can cancel or change at any time.
That's it. No strings attached.
How do I get started?
Sign up for a getSoapy account (you can start with the free trial) and complete your business details. Then, message us in the app and say you're a startup hero and you want to join the getSoapy Kickstart program.
We'll walk you through the process and ask you to provide a few details about your business, such as how long you've been trading for.
We'll review your application (we might need a few days), and then you'll be all set. If you're approved, we'll add the Kickstart program to your account.
Ok, but who exactly is eligible and what exactly do I get?
You are eligible to join the getSoapy Kickstart program if you meet all of the following criteria:
- You're a sole trader and working on your own
- You're within your first year of trading (in your current business) OR you have fewer than 50 customers
- You're a local service business
- You're not a reseller or a franchise
- You're not a charity or a government organisation

Once the Kickstart program is added to your account, the discount will be applied each time your monthly subscription renews.
The program will continue to be applied to your account and run for 12 months, even if you'd no longer qualify to join the program. For example, if you get more than 50 customers or have been trading for more than a year, the discount will continue to be applied to your account.
You can cancel or change plan at any time. Just make sure you subscribe monthly to eligible plans.
You'll need to follow the standard getSoapy terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the program at any time, and we may reject your application at our discretion.
